ABOUT ME












I was born in Michigan, and since then I have lived in Missouri (3 different times), Texas, Illinois, Utah, Connecticut, Jamaica, and Arizona. While in Utah I attended BYU for one year, then I served an LDS Mission to Jamaica. I met, dated and married my wife after I returned. I graduated from BYU with a Bachelor of Science in Social Work, and then we moved to St. Louis where I earned my Master of Social Work, and then we moved to Phoenix where my wife grew up. Since moving to Phoenix, we have had two children and I have worked at a variety of settings in addition to my private practice. I also recently completed another degree, a Master of Public Administration.


When I’m not working I enjoy reading, watching movies, listening to music, playing the guitar and bass, and spending as much time with my family as I can. My personal interests include politics, history, philosophy, sociology, economics, and comparative religion.
